Went and took my cat one Saturday. He spent the weekend and passed away sometime Friday. The diagnosis was tick fever. My was called about the sad new. She called me and asked if I could go by pay the bill and pickup the cat. I went and got cash because I didn't want to pay the 3% credit card fee. Then I showed up with the money I was then told she gave us the incorrect amount to pay. I had to go back to the bank in town and withdraw more money. I was quite furious about there business practices to say the least. When I went to pay the extra on the bill the lady said she talked to the doctor and was able to reduce the bill. Why could she do this when I was there the frist time. We never be using there services again. Good luck.

Olivia is amazing. Talk about hospitable!! First time boarding my 8 year old dog and she was overly reassuring that he would be taken care of. 10/10 would recommend All Creatures!

brought my cat in on a Friday because he had a fever that wasn’t getting better after a few days. He stayed there over the weekend where they diagnosed him with bobcat fever (50% mortality rate) That Tuesday he was released to us after showing major signs of improvement and it’s now Friday and it’s like he’s a whole new cat. We’re still having to give him medicine a few times a day, but he’s so much more gentle now. He did lose some weight as well. But you can tell they really care for their animals and how time sensitive this is they did a really good job in preventing it from getting worse and staying on top of it.
